Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our Shipping Department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately pick products from inventory based on order sheets
• Carefully pack and prepare items for shipment
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with the shipping team to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with scanner guns and basic shipping software is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
