LevelSouth is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative- This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with paid training, ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sales, business development, or leadership in the Washington DC area.

We represent AT&T Business Solutions, where we work directly with local businesses to upgrade their wireless and mobility solutions. This role is performance-based, offering uncapped earning potential and clear advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound, face-to-face outreach for AT&T Business solutions
  • Learn and apply consultative sales techniques
  • Assist clients with product selection and account activation
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Work within a team-focused, results-driven environment
