Job Description: Sign Works FZ LLC is looking for a proactive and well-organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai Production City. This front-desk role is central to creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff alike. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including travel bookings and permit processing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist visitors in person, over the phone, and via email in a courteous and professional manner.

· Direct guests to the appropriate departments or personnel.

· Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.

· Manage the processing of permits, approvals, and other official documents.

· Maintain accurate records and organize administrative files.

· Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Requirements:

· Pleasing Personality/Attractive character

· Education: General Education Degree (GED) required.

· Experience: 2–3 years of experience in administrative support or travel coordination preferred.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
