Vitrazza is a national e-commerce retailer and the market leader in the Glass Office Chair Mat category. From our roots as a local CO business, we’ve grown into a national brand with ads on Sirius XM, Monday Night Football, National Cable News, and more. Despite our growth, our internal team is small, and we’re looking for an energetic Office Coordinator that can support our staff and customers. If you want to climb a big corporate ladder, Vitrazza isn’t for you. If you’re looking to work with an experienced small team and make a big impact, we’re in your wheelhouse.

We’re looking for a special new hire that can be the vital link between several small departments, supporting each with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position will report to the Director of Operations and have a private office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Light office support duties, e.g., plants, coffee, supplies.
• Admin support, e.g., scheduling, filing, data entry, formatting docs.
• Light reception (vendors, guests).
• Organizing/planning meetings and luncheons.
• Rotation in the queue to answer phones and qualify leads.
• Respond to select email inquiries within customer service and sales.
• Take simple phone orders.
• Backup online chat monitoring.
• Backup Customer Service Specialist duties:
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, replacements, etc.

General Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Genuine ‘support’ personality.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Quick learner, adaptable.
• Dedicated customer focus.
• Mature interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Drug-free.
