Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Prepare simple food items, assist with food handling, and maintain cleanliness in food prep areas
• Clear tables, bus tables, and ensure dining areas are sanitized according to food safety standards
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail math is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in quick service & fast food restaurants or cafés is preferred
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
