Pump Crew Member – Installation & Service
Madera Pumps, Inc., a Bennett Company, serving farmers and municipalities throughout Madera County, has an immediate opening for a Pump Crew Member to support pump installation, service, and rehabilitation projects.
This position plays an important role in assisting with the installation, removal, and repair of agricultural and municipal pumping systems. Crew members work closely with field supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards Madera Pumps is known for.
The ideal candidate will have experience with, or knowledge of:
- Agricultural and municipal pumping systems
- Pump installation and removal
- Rig operations and field equipment
- Mechanical and electrical components related to pump systems
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving in the field
- Safe work practices and job site coordination
Responsibilities include assisting with pump installation and removal, supporting rig operations, maintaining equipment and tools, and ensuring work is completed according to safety and operational standards. Crew members will work closely with the office and field teams to support efficient project completion.
This is a full-time position, with occasional evenings or weekend work depending on project demands.

Salary range: $23 to $28 per hour DOE
