• Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
• Conduct routine custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Carry out specialized floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing to preserve flooring quality.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for lighting, plumbing or structural issues promptly.
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects or heavy-duty cleaning tasks when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, and industrial vacuums safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily cleaning duties effectively.
