Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service hours
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as arranging food items to maintain presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Serve guests with friendliness and professionalism, managing requests efficiently and courteously
• Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, napkins, and beverages to ensure smooth operation
• Support with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to keep the breakfast area tidy and inviting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
• Strong communication skills and guest relations abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting supplies or dishes
• Experience with cleaning routines, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash
• Background in hospitality or hotel service roles enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
