Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and vigilant guardian of our hotel during overnight hours. In this energetic role, you’ll ensure smooth nightly operations, provide exceptional guest service, and maintain the safety and security of our property. Responsibilities

  • Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Conduct financial audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest calls promptly, and provide courteous assistance in multiple languages if applicable
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and documentation related to guest stays and security events
  • Assist with guest services such as providing local information, handling special requests, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Support hotel management with administrative tasks to ensure seamless overnight operations
  • Mop and sanitize the lobby nightly.
  • Clean and polish all glass entry doors nightly.
  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces throughout the lobby and front desk area.
  • Restock and organize the marketplace, business center, and other guest-use areas.
  • Stock pool towels and ensure the pool area is neat and supplied.
  • Assist the laundry department with folding linens and towels as needed.
  • Cross-train to assist the breakfast attendant and help set up the breakfast area when occupancy or scheduling requires.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any guestroom or facility issues.
  • Support hotel operations by responding to urgent or additional needs during the overnight shift.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with guests and team members
  • Capable of standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods during shifts
  • Knowledge of guest relations practices and hotel security procedures is desirable
  • A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
