Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, to deliver outstanding service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance owner/guest satisfaction, optimize revenue management, and improve overall efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff issues and development to build a motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all operations.
- Foster strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for every visitor.
- Oversee night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette standards, and front desk operations to maintain smooth communication flow.
- Collaborate with resort management teams to coordinate special events or promotions that boost occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality in all areas of the hotel environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong background in hospitality management principles including revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, human resources management, and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette standards.
- Previous experience working in resorts or similar hospitality settings is preferred.
