Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment needs.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hospitality environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is an advantage.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is beneficial for understanding guest expectations.
• A strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards is essential.
