Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Receptionist/Housekeeper to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this dual role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, providing outstanding guest services, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment through housekeeping duties. This position offers a dynamic work experience where your hospitality skills and attention to detail will shine, creating memorable stays for our guests and supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in and out efficiently, and address their inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with guest requests, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces by performing housekeeping duties including cleaning, tidying, and restocking supplies
  • Support hotel management with night audit procedures when required, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting
  • Uphold hospitality standards by managing guest relations proactively and fostering a welcoming environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as reservations, billing, and guest information updates as needed

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is highly preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus to better serve diverse guests
  • Prior hotel or resort experience demonstrating excellent guest services skills is desirable
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is essential
  • Experience in housekeeping or resort maintenance enhances your ability to perform this versatile role effectively
  • Knowledge of guest relations practices and hospitality standards will contribute to your success in delivering memorable guest experiences
