Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and facility services.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and manage mail handling.
  • Provide administrative support and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (business center experience preferred).
  • Own visa
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
