Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Greet the guests with a pleasant attitude; escort them to their assigned dining area and present menus while introducing the waitstaff.
• Address any immediate questions they may have.
• Inform guests of current promotions and introduce their server to ensure a smooth transition to the service staff.
• Answer incoming reservation requests and provide excellent service in response to inquiries.
• Manage the customers in queue and ensure to address them timely.
• Contribute to team success by assisting with related tasks as needed.

Skills:

• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
• Excellent English communication skills [additional languages is a plus].
• Ability to describe and explain the menu to guests.
• To be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
• Demonstrated leadership and multitasking abilities.
