Job Responsibilities (JR):
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Maintain records and perform basic administrative tasks
- Support the office team with day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
