Job Overview
Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and be a vital part of maintaining a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment! WE ARE LOOKING FOR NIGHT CLEANERS. Night jobs will range from 6pm-midnight 4-6 days a week. You will be paid bi-weekly. Pay is per job you work. We hire immediately.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning supplies
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly to promote hygiene and prevent the spread of germs
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly to maintain cleanliness standards
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor for quick resolution
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures diligently to ensure quality work and compliance
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with team members
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in maintaining cleanliness standards
