Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet walk‑in customers and assist with basic service inquiries
- Handle emails and customer messages promptly
- Maintain organized records and support daily office tasks
- Coordinate with dispatchers and moving crews as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Comfortable with multi‑line phone systems
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus but not required
