Job Title: Shipping / Receiving Clerk

Badger Custom Pallet is Wisconsin’s Premier Wood Pallet and Packaging Provider. We are a 100% Employee Owned organization that is committed to providing our incredible Customers with high quality Wood Pallets, coupled with exceptional customer service, and 100% on-time deliveries. We are located in Fall River, WI, just a short drive from Madison’s east side, Sun Prairie, Columbus, Watertown, or Beaver Dam.

An excellent opportunity exists for a dedicated and experienced Forklift Driver to load outbound shipments of finished products and unload incoming loads of raw materials. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of forklift driving experience and have a high attention level to details. Must be willing to learn, take notes, and strive for error-free shipments.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loading Trailers with finished pallets, boxes, crates.
• Follow notes on Bill of Lading to load the correct units
• Ensure Pallets have proper markings, stamps, and banding
• Unloading Trailers with cut-stock lumber and loading them in the warehouse
• Average of 40-45 Hours per week. Hours of 5:00 am till 1:30 to 2:30 pm

Training:

• Forklift Training & Certification will be completed in-house
• On-Site Training provided by our 1st Shift Supervisor. David will provide all of the training necessary to understand the requirements for each Customers’ Pallets, what products need to be loaded and how to load them.
