New Source Corporation is a Defense Contractor, supplying Raw Materials & Metals for the Aerospace & Commercial Aviation Industries. We are a growing Woman-Owned Small Business and are celebrating our 33rd year in business.
The duties for this job posting will include: answering phones, data entry, Inventory management, paperwork generation, minor accounting (entering payables & receivables information), as well as other clerical duties. Due to our rigid Quality requirements in the Aerospace field, attention to detail is of the utmost importance, as is maintaining accurate records at all times. Collaboration and working as a team is also paramount, as this position will fill one of three members of our Administrative Team. All Administrative duties will be delegated and split between all three members of this team.
There is no set requirement on minimum work experience; however, a general grasp of office work flow and professionalism will be beneficial. Previous work experiences will, of course, also be taken into consideration. We currently utilize Sage 100 as our ERP system and work regularly with Microsoft Excel and Teams.
This new position is due to our continued growth over the last several years. This will complete a 4 person Administrative Team. We are looking for motivated and creative individuals, with long-term plans to also grow within the company. We do offer benefits, such as insurance, matching 401(K) contributions, and paid time off for sick leave, Vacations, and Holidays. Advancement opportunities and additional incentives are also available and can be further discussed during any potential interviews. We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible. We can be flexible on a start date, as needed, for any potential candidates.
