Rock N’ Block Outdoor Solutions is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead one of our landscape installation crews for the upcoming 2026 season. We are a growing, well-established outdoor construction company specializing in hardscaping, landscaping, and property maintenance throughout the Stillwater area.

Our season typically begins in April (weather dependent) and runs through November, with snow removal opportunities available during the winter months. For candidates looking to start sooner, snow removal work may be available immediately to bridge the gap into the landscaping season.

This is a leadership position responsible for running daily operations on job sites and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 3–5+ person landscape installation crew
• Read and interpret landscape plans and layouts
• Install a variety of landscape and hardscape features including:
• Retaining walls
• Paver patios
• Landscape beds and plantings
• Mulch and edging
• Boulders and decorative stone
• Drainage systems
• Operate equipment including:
• Skid loaders
• Excavators
• Concrete and masonry saws
• Other landscape construction tools and equipment
• Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards on job sites
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow for crew members
• Communicate with management regarding job progress and any issues
