US Air Conditioning Distributors is a Bosch-owned HVAC equipment distributor with 52 locations in California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona whose goal is to provide customers with what they need, when they need it with free next-day delivery, crane service, incredible inventory selection, and experienced, friendly personnel to help assist the customer. We are a One-Stop-Shop for all your HVAC needs from residential to commercial to industrial including equipment, controls, parts, supplies, and sheet metal.

US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking a reliable and motivated professional for its growing team in the City of Industry Corporate Offices.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a logistics coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating a variety of functions such as: logistics, data entry, sales order, and purchasing. You will be responsible for reviewing purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility, notifying customers about any delays in the delivery schedule, responding immediately to customer inquiries, and tracking and analyzing mis-shipments to ensure they do not occur again. Staying on top of all accounts and coordinating with other departments are essential qualities to possess in this position. The candidate must also have a great work ethic and be able to function at a high level during peak demand.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in data entry
