We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our equipment, machinery, and facility systems operate at peak performance. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, conducting repairs, and supporting preventative maintenance programs. This position plays a key role in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems when needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Install, adjust, and test new machinery or equipment as required.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with operations staff to schedule maintenance and minimize operational disruptions.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and maintenance tracking systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Basic welding or fabrication skills.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe maintenance practices.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday – Friday (schedule may vary depending on operational needs)
• Occasional overtime or emergency maintenance may be required.
