Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness at properties as scheduled
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas needing extra care
• Excellent time management and task‑prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and coworkers

Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties
• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
