JOB SUMMARY

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for guests, staff, and visitors. This position plays a key role in incident prevention, crowd control, and enforcing park policies. The ideal candidate is alert, professional, approachable, and capable of handling fast-paced situations common in an indoor adventure park environment.

Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
*And other days as requested.

Key Responsibilities

Guest & Facility Safety

• Monitor all guest areas, entrances, exits, and high-activity zones.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe behavior and ensure compliance with park rules.
• Support staff with guest issues, conflicts, or escalations.
• Assist in emergency response procedures including evacuations, first-aid situations, and incident containment.

Requirements

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or hospitality security experience preferred.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicts appropriately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods in a busy entertainment environment.
• Must be reliable and punctual, especially during weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work required schedule: Saturday 2–9 PM, Sunday 2–9 PM, with additional holiday availability.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for long stretches
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
