Job Summary

We are looking for someone to provide administrative and organizational support. This person should have a high degree of experience with research and communication skills. The candidate will be hired as a Temporary hire for a six week trial. Transition to permanent hire will occur after evaluation of six week trial for both parties. We want our hire to be happy working with us as well.

Task include:

  • Draft documents and correspondence.
  • Research
  • Filter Communication.
  • Manage database.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox.
  • Must handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Please apply with transcripts, diplomas, certificates, or completed seminars. Include three professional references.
