Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mixologist to join our vibrant hospitality team! You will be responsible for crafting a cocktail menu and managing bar service at the premiere Rooftop in downtown Mobile.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety within the venue.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; nightclub/high end bar experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure environments while multitasking efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is advantageous; previous retail math or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; hospitality background is beneficial.
