Position Overview

As a Housekeeper, you are essential to delivering the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and ready to create a memorable stay experience.

Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence directly impact guest satisfaction scores and overall hotel success.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to brand and CMC Hotels standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly and sanitize all surfaces
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and maintain room appearance
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with public area cleaning as needed
• Support team members to ensure daily productivity goals are met
