High-Ticket Closer

California Water Efficiency is expanding across Southern California and is seeking proven Door-to-Door closers only to represent Puronics a premium, high-ticket water filtration system and essential home product.

We are building a founding team of elite closers for our North Hollywood expansion. If you know how to control the room, handle objections, and close decisively, this is your seat at the table.

The Opportunity

Southern California has massive demand for residential water filtration. Clean water is no longer optional, it’s essential. Our systems average $9,999 per ticket, and our close rates are strong 43% headed towards 60-70% with a battle-tested system already in place. We have industry leaders developing new sales rep to not only make money to make a difference.

The Numbers

• 20%+ commission on $9,999 tickets
• $2,000–$4,000 weekly average
• No income cap
• Strong potential to earn $200K+ annually for top performers
• $5,000 performance-based bonus opportunity

The Role

• Conduct in-home consultations
• Present and sell Puronics water filtration systems
• Control objections and guide prospects to decisive decisions
• Track your numbers and continuously improve performance
• Represent the company with confidence, authority, and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven Door-to-Door closing experience (high-ticket preferred)
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Commission-driven mindset
• Self-managed and disciplined
