Full job description
Primary Purpose:
Serve as the first point of contact for the campus by providing professional reception, clerical, and translation services that support the effective operation of the school office. Facilitate clear and welcoming communication among students, parents, staff, administrators, and community members in both English and Spanish. Ensure an organized, efficient, and friendly office environment while assisting with daily operations and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Education
High School diploma / GED
Special Knowledge/Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with bilingual parents and students
Proficient keyboarding skills and ability to use software
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Ability to operate multi-line phone system
Ability to work well in office environment with frequent interruptions
Experience
One year clerical experience in a public school setting preferred
