• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and recreational spaces, ensuring they are inviting and well-organized.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items to meet guest needs promptly.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and guests.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation standards, privacy, and guest confidentiality at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within hotel or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing different types of flooring.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to handle various cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
