Margaritaville Housekeeping Lobby Attendant

Position Summary

At Margaritaville, we believe paradise is a state of mind — and it starts the moment our guests walk through the doors. As a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant, you are the guardian of first impressions and the heartbeat of our breezy island vibe. Your role is to keep our lobby and public areas sparkling, welcoming, and worthy of a “Fins Up!” welcome.

If you take pride in creating clean, inviting spaces and love spreading good vibes, this is your place in paradise.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entryways, restrooms, corridors, and other public areas
  • Dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly
  • Ensure lobby furniture, décor, and tropical accents are always guest-ready
  • Restock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout your shift
  • Respond promptly and cheerfully to guest requests or spills
  • Assist fellow team members in maintaining a seamless island experience
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

    • Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset
    • Strong attention to detail — you notice the little things
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Reliable, punctual, and ready to bring the sunshine
    • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during shift
    • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
