Join a trusted, 80‑year legacy jewelry store where quality, integrity, and family values guide everything we do. We’re adding a new Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and keep our small, close‑knit team running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the office organized and running efficiently
- Manage admin tasks, scheduling, and daily priorities
- Support HR/finance functions and repair intake
- Greet customers when the sales team is busy (no selling required)
- Problem‑solve independently and take ownership of your work
- Adapt as the role grows—this is a newly created position
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative or office management experience
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working without micromanagement
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Detail‑oriented, accountable, and eager to learn

Schedule & Pay
- Tuesday–Friday + Saturdays (8–2)
- 38–39 hours/week
- $18–$24/hr based on experience
