Due to high consumer demand. LBC air is expanding and hiring motivated individuals for immediate openings in our Knoxville office. We specialize in advance American-made certified air purification systems that dramatically improve indoor air quality for homes and business. Our team works in a fun, upbeat, professional environment assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and demonstrating how our technology outperforms traditional products.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in person, over the phone.
- Maintain eye-catching product displays that highlight key features and promotions to boost sales
- Provide detailed product information, answer questions, and guide customers toward purchasing decisions
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, offering solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including updating inventory records and customer information in our systems
- Manage cash handling responsibilities during transactions with precision and integrity
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote special offers
Experience
- No experience needed, we will train
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize customer value
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus for serving diverse communities
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers via phone or in person
- Experience working in a retail/sales environment or managing product displays is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Coachable and goal driven
