We are currently seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly approach.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest complaints, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Follow hotel policies, service standards, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (Opera or similar) is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
