Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Signing bonus available based on prior automotive sales experience!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the lot and in the showroom in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right vehicle
• Present vehicle features, demonstrate technology, and perform test drives
• Explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and available promotions
• Guide customers through the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
• Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process and positive customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
