Position Overview

Our Harley-Davidson dealership in North Miami is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wash Bay / Service Porter to support our Service Department.

This position plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring motorcycles are clean, organized, and ready for delivery after service or before showroom display.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys motorcycles, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and detail motorcycles for service and sales departments
• Ensure motorcycles are cleaner than when the customer dropped them off
• Safely move motorcycles throughout the dealership and service department
• Assist technicians and service advisors with daily shop operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay, service lanes, and work areas
• Assist with uncrating and preparing new motorcycles for showroom display
• Transport motorcycles between departments as needed
• Maintain proper storage and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Support dealership operations with general shop duties and facility upkeep
• Assist with event setup, shop organization, and other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to safely move and maneuver motorcycles
• Valid motorcycle endorsement
• Ability to lift, push, or move motorcycles and equipment
• Dependable work ethic and positive team attitude
• Ability to work in a fastpaced service department
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and shop guidelines
