Job Description:
The Bike Delivery Rider will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and safe delivery of customer orders. The role requires excellent knowledge of local routes, strong customer service skills, and the ability to represent Bazaar Gourmet in a professional manner at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver customer orders to designated addresses within scheduled timeframes.
• Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle products carefully to maintain quality during transit.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery.
• Collect payments or secure acknowledgements where required.
• Report delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the Delivery Supervisor.
• Ensure the assigned delivery bike is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle/bike license.
• Proven experience as a delivery rider is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
