Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and project files in both electronic and physical formats.
- Ensure accurate document control processes in line with company policies.
- Receive, review and register incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence.
- Maintain document logs, trackers, and archives for quick retrieval.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and clients for document submission and approvals.
- Ensure version control, proper document coding, and secure access to sensitive files.
- Prepare and circulate transmittals, reports, and documentation as required.
- Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of updated drawings, specifications, and related documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction, glass, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems (DMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
