About the Role: Janitorial Floater

As a Floater, you play a crucial role in our operations. You’ll work across multiple buildings, stepping in where needed to ensure consistent service and a clean, safe environment for clients. You’ll also support management in training new team members.

Key Responsibilities:
•Cover staff shortages at various client locations

•Maintain facility cleanliness to company standards

•Assist supervisors with onboarding and training new hires

•Learn and support multiple site-specific cleaning procedures

Requirements:
•Must be 18 years or older

•Reliable transportation is required

•Clean driving record

•Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision

•Strong attention to detail
Prior janitorial experience is a plus, but not required – we provide paid training!
