Full-Time / Part-Time | Hourly + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do

As a Tech Sales & Repair Specialist, you are the face of the store and responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing phone, tablet, laptop, and gaming device issues
• Recommending repair solutions and explaining repair options
• Selling accessories and protection products
• Offering certified pre-owned device upgrades
• Creating repair tickets and processing transactions
• Answering phone calls, texts, and email inquiries
• Maintaining store cleanliness, inventory, and displays
• Supporting the repair team and learning technical repairs

You will also have the opportunity to learn how to:

• Repair smartphones, tablets, and laptops
• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, and other components
• Identify common device failures and trends
• Cross-train with experienced technicians
