As a Server at The Yardery, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering top-notch service to our guests. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system competently.
• Assist with menu recommendations and answer any guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to operate POS systems effectively for order processing.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with the nightlife or nightclub environment is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
