The Perfume Hostess is responsible for representing the brand in a professional and engaging manner, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of perfume and fragrance products. The role requires excellent product knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a luxurious shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate perfume products to customers.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including fragrance notes, longevity, and suitability.
- Assist customers in selecting fragrances that match their preferences and needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product display, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the perfume counter.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated with new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Support in stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in hospitality, retail, or related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury sales, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Customer-focused with the ability to create a memorable shopping experience.
- Passion for fragrances and the luxury retail industry.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions
