What You’ll Do

As our Houseperson, you play a key part in hotel operations and guest satisfaction. You’ll maintain public spaces, support housekeeping, and assist with event and meeting room setups.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobby, pool-area bathrooms, and all public areas
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces throughout the hotel
  • Clean windows, blinds, picture frames, mirrors, lamps, baseboards, and elevator doors
  • Remove trash from designated hotel areas promptly
  • Restock housekeeping supplies and assist room attendants as needed
  • Set up, maintain, and clean all meeting and banquet rooms daily
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups, and general upkeep
  • Safely lift, move, and transport equipment, chairs, and tables—must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Act as a hotel ambassador and provide friendly, attentive guest service at all times

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience a plus
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Hotel or resort experience a plus
  • Spanish speaking a plus
