The Front Office & Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment while supporting front-desk customer service operations. This role ensures that the office, reception, and facilities reflect the high standards and premium image of MBR Auto Services L.L.C.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, reception area, meeting room, and bathroom at all times
  • Ensure the office is tidy, organized, and presentable throughout working hours
  • Welcome customers politely and professionally
  • Collect and record customer details accurately in the system
  • Offer basic hospitality (water/coffee) to clients
  • Support team members with light administrative tasks when required
  • Monitor office supplies and report shortages
  • Ensure a positive first impression for every client entering the company
