Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming greeting to all spa guests.
- Assist guests with check‑in/check‑out procedures, locker assignments, robes, slippers, towels, and amenities.
- Guide guests to relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, or wet areas as needed.
- Ensure guest comfort by offering beverages, answering questions, and anticipating needs.
- Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, always delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, reception spaces, changing rooms, corridors, and bathrooms.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after services, ensuring linens, supplies, and equipment are arranged to brand standards.
- Monitor wet areas (steam rooms, Jacuzzis, saunas, showers) for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Replenish towels, robes, linens, and spa amenities throughout the day.
- Support spa therapists by preparing materials such as oils, scrubs, equipment, and towels.
- Assist in organizing retail areas, ensuring products are neatly displayed and dust‑free.
- Keep storage areas tidy and well-stocked.
- Follow all spa sanitation, hygiene, and infection-control protocols.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after each use.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Always maintain confidentiality and privacy of guests.
- Adhere to company grooming and uniform standards.
