Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support, office management, and clerical duties. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment. Spanish speaking preferred. Must be friendly and welcoming, and like people. If not, this not the job for you.
Duties:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls promptly
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
– Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties
Experience:
– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
– Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
– Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service protocols
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
