Position Summary
Verdex Industrial is seeking a reliable Loader/Unloader to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. As a supplier of industrial tools, machinery, and equipment, our team depends on efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. This position plays a key role in keeping materials moving safely and accurately. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, works well with others, and takes pride in maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload industrial products, equipment, and materials from trucks and delivery vehicles
• Verify shipments against packing slips and report discrepancies
• Move products to designated storage areas using pallet jacks or carts
• Assist with palletizing, shrink wrapping, and staging outgoing orders
• Maintain organized receiving and shipping zones
• Follow proper handling procedures for tools and heavy-duty equipment
• Support inventory counts and basic tracking processes
• Maintain safety standards and keep work areas clean

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working around machinery and industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and instructions
