Night Shift 11pm to 7:30am including work Fri Sat Sun Night

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay while performing tasks given by management.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Night shift: Setup Breakfast and refill as needed while keeping clean. Clean public area as per checklist.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing overall guest experiences.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems effectively while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
  • Foster positive guest relations by being attentive to their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services for guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries.
