Position Overview

Skyvibes Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a reliable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Barback to support our bartending team during high-volume service. The ideal candidate thrives in an energetic lounge environment and understands the importance of preparation, cleanliness, and teamwork in delivering a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies
• Refill ice bins and maintain adequate glassware throughout shift
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Assist bartenders with opening and closing procedures
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
• Support inventory counts and report low stock to management
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored
• Respond quickly to bartender requests during peak hours

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong sense of urgency and awareness
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs (cases of liquor, kegs, ice)
• Weekend and late-night availability required
• Prior restaurant/lounge experience preferred but not required
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
