Up to Par Cleaning | Monday–Friday | $18–$23/hour

Up to Par Cleaning is hiring a reliable, self-managed Cleaning Professional to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, manages their time effectively, and consistently delivers high-quality results without needing constant supervision. If you show up ready, stay focused, and take pride in doing things right the first time, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean residential and commercial properties to company standards
• Perform detailed cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, vacuuming)
• Follow structured systems and safety procedures
• Communicate clearly with your Team Captain and office
• Secure client homes and buildings properly

• $18–$23/hour starting pay (based on performance)
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends unless requested)
